Yes. We offer both brand-new sealed smartphones and expertly refurbished devices. Each product clearly states its condition on the product page.

All phones sold by BW Mobiles Ltd are fully unlocked and compatible with all major UK networks including EE, Vodafone, Three, O2, Giffgaff, and more.

Yes. Brand-new phones come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Refurbished items include a BW Mobiles Ltd in-house warranty (typically 6–12 months, depending on the product).

Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days. Express delivery options (1–2 days or next-day) are available at checkout. Free standard shipping is available on orders over £400.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number and courier link via email. You can monitor your delivery in real-time.

Currently, we only deliver within the UK. International shipping is not available at this time.

You can return most items within 14 days for a full refund, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Faulty items can be returned within 30 days.

Email support@bwmobiles.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, and any photos (if applicable). We’ll respond within 1 business day with instructions.

If the item is faulty or incorrect, BW Mobiles Ltd covers the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.
